Victor Leung is a partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers China (KPCB China). He is also sitting on the Advisory Board of the Greater China Fund of MaxGiant Capital Partners and director boards of other portfolio companies of KPCB China. Before joining KPCB China, Victor has accrued more than 14 years of private equity and venture investment experience with HSBC Private Equity (Asia) Ltd., as well as five years of investment and commercial banking experience. He set up HSBC Asia Ventures’ PRC office in 2006 and was the firm's director and PRC Chief Representative. Victor was directly involved in more than 30 investments in Asia. Successful investments include Actions Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ACTS), Canadian Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: CSIQ), China Biodiesel (AIM: CBI.LN), China Flooring Holding (HKSE: 2083.HK), Gourmet Master 85C (TWSE: 2723.TW) and China Techfaith (Nasdaq: CNTF).

Victor was a member of the investment committee of HSBC’s Asian venture fund. He serves as a director on the boards of DeltaChem, Qihang and SinoEv. Victor was honored as China’s Best Private Equity Investor at the China Most Valuable Venture Enterprises Awards in 2009 and was named among the World Economy Top 10 Outstanding Chinese Investor Leaders by the World Chinese Economy Accreditation Committee in 2009. He was honored the Top 10 Investors in 2011 by China Most Valuable Venture Enterprises Award again. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Victor has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Hong Kong, an MBA degree from the London Business School and an MS degree in biopharmaceuticals from the University of New South Wales.

Mr Ton Geurts got his Bachelor and Master’s in Business law and European law at KU Nijmegen, the Netherlands in 1985. He is also Harvard Business School (“HBS”) Alumnus. He finished HBS AMP in 2013. 

Ton is a world class, highly experienced transformation leader, Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”) and Supply Chain top executive, across several industries and continents. His execution power and high delivery combined with a huge interest for people allow him to build and lead organizations at C-level. 

In 2007, he joined AkzoNobel as CPO, reporting directly to the Board of Management (later Executive Committee). He took procurement from state of decentralization to a highly effective and efficient center-led global function centered on sustainable supply chains. 

From September 2014 until March 2019, he joined NV Bekaert SA, directly reporting to the Bekaert Group Executive, responsible as CPO/ Senior Vice President Supply Chain Excellence and as a key top executive in professionalization, change and excellence management programs to improve the efficiency and bottom line of the company. Recently, he was involved in several advisory roles and executive coaching.

In 2010, he joined the NGO/CSO Solidaridad in their Board of Directors, where he acted as their chairman, and until 2019 as a Board member.

As per October 1st 2019 he is the Business Development Director of the Brightlands Institute for Supply Chain Innovation based in the South of the Netherlands. For this he is employed by the University Maastricht School Business & Economics.

Mr R Venkataramanan was born in India in 1974 and he is a science graduate and has done his MBA from the Sri Satya Sai University and Harvard Business School AMP. He has over 25 years business operation experience in the areas of finance, business support and strategy. For several years, he was Executive Assistant to Mr Ratan Tata, the former Chairman of Tata Group before he was promoted to be the Managing Trustee of the Sir Dorabi Tata Trusts and was responsible for management and oversight of all the Tata Trusts which are public charities and are the principal shareholder of the Tata Sons, the parent company of the Tata Group, India's largest conglomerate.

He also was the managing director of RNT Associates which is a private equity fund of Mr Ratan Tata. Prior to his association with Mr Tata, Venkat was Head of Business Support at the Qatar Foundation, a non-profit based in Doha. He had also worked in Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited, Mumbai (VSNL), now known as Tata Communication and the Gujarat State Finance Corporation based in Ahmedabad.

Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the Royal College of Physicians of Canada, and holder of a First Class Honors B.Sc. Degree in Microbiology and Immunology, Dr Paul Roumeliotis, known to many as “Dr Paul” received his medical degree in 1983 at McGill University. He trained as a pediatrician at the Montreal Children's Hospital (MCH)/McGill from 1983 to 1987. He returned to the MCH and McGill in 1990 (Assistant Professor/Director of Continuing Medical Education in the Department of Pediatrics and Founding Director of Multiformat Health Communications). He founded and directed the hospital's Asthma Centre and Pediatric Consultation Centre and became a much sought-after lecturer on health communications, asthma and other pediatric issues. He completed his Masters of Public Health Degree at Johns Hopkins University in 2009, where he is now an Associate faculty member. In May of 2013, he obtained an Advanced Management Diploma at the Harvard Business School. In February 2018, he was one of 14 physicians in Canada to receive the Canadian Certified Physician Executive (CCPE) credential designation by the Canadian Society of Physician Leaders (CSPL), a Canadian Medical Association (CMA) division.

In January 2007, Dr Paul formally entered public health leadership, after realizing that his past experiences and vision were really “public health-oriented”. He is currently Medical Officer of Health and Chief Executive Officer of the Eastern Ontario Health Unit.

Dr Aon Siu-Fai LAU graduates from the Hughes Business School in the Sussex College of Technology UK  with Master Degree in Accounting. He also has his Master Degree in Business Administration in the Clayton University in States. He received his Doctor's Degree in Finance from the Sussex College of Technology UK and received his PhD in Economics from the Costa Ford University. He is a certified financial planner in Hong Kong, a member of the American Institute of Management, a Member of the British Institute of Cost and Executive Accountants, a Member of the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Member of British Institute of International Accountants.

Dr Lau was the former Imagination Solutions Group Finance Director and former Financial Accounting Manager of Greg companies in the States. Since October 2004, he is the Chief Financial Officer of Li Ka-Shing Foundation and the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Shantou University, Cheung Kong Law School, Cheung Kong School of Journalism. In 1999, Dr. Lau helped Pine Technology IPO in HK (HK: 8013). In 2007, Dr. Lau also participated in the IPO of Tiangong International Ltd. in HK with AIG investment fund. Dr. Lau was appointed as an independent non-executive director and the chairman of internal audit committee from Tiangong(HK:826) International in 2007. Dr. Lau is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Asia Pacific Region of WiseLink Group Holdings Limited.
